About Dr. Louie Oberman, PT/DPT - Founder, COO, CFO
Our CFO, COO, and Founder, Dr. Louie Oberman, brings a wealth of expertise to our organization. After earning her Physical Therapy degree in the Philippines, she relocated to the U.S. in 1990. In 2010, she was awarded a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica College, Syracuse. With over 30 years of clinical experience across various healthcare settings, Dr. Oberman specializes in Geriatric Care and is certified in Wound Care, Kinesiotaping, ACP Patterned Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation, Craniosacral, and Myofascial techniques. Her extensive background includes managing complex orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular cases, as well as Dementia and other central nervous system disorders. She has successfully developed rehabilitation programs for multi-site facilities across CA, CO, KS, and MO, and has served as an educator for both peers and students, elevating clinical standards in the process.
Dr. Louie Oberman, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 30 years of extensive clinical experience, is the visionary behind Compassionate Home Health LTD. Her journey in healthcare began developing large-scale rehabilitation programs and quickly expanded into working as an independent contractor, working alongside various home health agencies. Throughout her career, Dr. Louie has specialized in building and leading multisite Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), and Independent Living Facilities (ILF).
Driven by a deep passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care, Dr. Louie recognized the growing need for compassionate, home-based healthcare services. Drawing from her years of experience managing diverse rehabilitation working closely multidisciplinary team of clinicians, doctors and care facilities, she founded Compassionate Home Health LTD. Her goal was simple yet powerful: to bring expert, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes, where they feel most secure and supported
